Get to Know Santosh Kuruvilla

As a father of two young sons, Santosh Kuruvilla’s downtime is about family time. “Getting involved in whatever my kids are into is what gives me joy. I love seeing big smiles on their faces.”

Santosh’s journey started with making beds and scrubbing toilets for six months, day in and day out, at Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN. Through his determination and work ethic, he worked his way up the ladder to get to where he is now. His journey and grind throughout his professional career give value to everything he experiences now. Sometimes, that’s playing a game of Uno, Cover Your Assets, or Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza with the family. On other days, it’s a game of cricket or tending to the family’s vegetable garden.

Education and Experience

Santosh studied Hotel Management in India, then moved to Switzerland and earned an advanced degree in hospitality management at the prestigious César Ritz Le Bouveret.

Santosh has held management and executive positions at companies across the country and around the world. He’s aided in the opening of hotels, resorts, and luxury living complexes and spearheaded various successful guest experience initiatives. Those companies include:
